The Lake County AmeriCorps program has two options for member service commitments.  Part time service is a total of 900 hours and quarter time is 450 hours.

Members committing to a 450 hour term would serve approximately 12-15 hours per week, while a 900 hour commitment would serve approximately 24-30 hours per week. 

Members average 80% of their time at their placement site (serving students) and 20% of this time spent in member improvement training provided by the Lake County Office of Education.
